Our Veterans, Homeless & Community Hub in Cowdenbeath, Fife, exists to offer dignity, connection, and practical support to anyone who needs it. We are a welcoming, stigma‑free space where people can access care packs, food, clothing, and compassionate support without referral or judgement.
At the heart of our work is a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported.
A friendly, inclusive contact point for those experiencing loneliness or isolation, our Hub offers a place to relax, connect, and feel part of a community. Whether someone wants a quiet moment with a cup of tea, a chat with a volunteer, or simply the comfort of being around others, we provide a warm environment where no one has to face life alone.
Our Community Hub provides free, accessible food support for anyone who needs it. Whether it’s a warm meal, pantry items, or emergency food supplies, we offer practical help without judgement or referral. Everything is given with dignity, kindness, and respect. If you’re struggling, passing through a difficult time, or simply need a little extra support, our doors are open and you’ll always find a warm welcome here.
Our Community Hub provides thoughtfully prepared care packs for anyone who needs a little extra support. Each pack contains essential items—such as toiletries, hygiene products, and practical everyday supplies—offered with dignity, kindness, and no questions asked. Whether someone is facing homelessness, financial hardship, or simply a difficult moment in life, our care packs are here to offer comfort, relief, and a reminder that they’re not alone.
Our Community Hub offers a free clothing bank providing clean, lightly worn clothing for anyone who needs it. From everyday essentials to warm winter layers, everything is given with dignity and without judgement. Whether someone is rebuilding after hardship, facing unexpected challenges, or simply needs a fresh change of clothes, our clothing bank is here to help. No referral, no stigma—just practical support and a warm welcome.
We work closely with partner organisations who may refer people to us, but you don’t need a referral to walk through our doors. Whether you’re looking for a warm meal, someone to talk to, or practical help to get through a difficult time, our Hub is here for you.
